Safety in Mind
When Dura-Vase was created Lewart Plastics collaborated with the Cleveland Catholic Cemeteries Association in order to design a vase that was cost effective, durable, and primarily met all the required safety standards.
How to Install Dura-Vase:
Using a post-hole digger, pony spade shovel, or ditch shovel, excavate a round hole roughly the same diameter as the vase itself. The should be as deep as the vase or approximately 8 inches deeper if gravel is being used beneath the vase. Gravel is suggested in order to experience better water drainage.
Once the hole is dug and the gravel filled to the right level, insert the vase into the hole to where it is flush with the ground. Fill the four cups with water and your flowers, and you are done! The cups continue to self-fill with rain water and then drain all excess water.
